We got your email and we will get back to you in person shortly. Here is some info to help you understand where things are with us in general until we get back to you with an answer to your specific question:

The pandemic has brought many new fans to the Shout site. We are adjusting to the increased volume of visitors and orders. Our shipping depots are open. We have added shipping capacity at the warehouse as well as staff and overtime hours throughout our office team and warehouse. We do continue to have delays with our manufacturer, especially when we need more stock on boxed sets and other items that are assembled by hand.

We have been experiencing high volume and have implemented changes in our warehouses to move orders more quickly. These days, most delays are being caused by our inability to get product from our manufacturer and by the overwhelmed post office. We are experiencing the same long delivery times that have been a topic of conversation in the news. We have been assured the post office can turn it around. In the mean-time, we are tracking your shipments, we are in contact with the USPS regularly, and we are doing our best to deliver for you.

We do ship from six warehouses and you may receive multiple shipments, especially if you have ordered a hot new release along with other titles in the same order.

We’d really like to answer you right away! Please understand that our business hours are 9-5pm (Pacific Time) and business days are Monday-Friday, if your email was submitted after 5pm (Pacific Time) on Friday, we will not see your email until Monday at 9am and you should expect to hear back from us in 5 business days or sooner if we are caught up with the mail. The only exception to that 5 day rule will be when we have new release announcement or other event that drives high volume to our team, those are times when it may take us 5 days or more to respond and maybe more than one email to resolve your questions.

If this is a replacement request, we have regular once-a-week access to our local office in LA where we can access replacement parts and mail facilities. If we don’t have a part locally it will take several weeks to fulfill. Thank you for your understanding.
