Rainbow Rocks Premiere

On Saturday, September 27th we got to attend the world premiere of My Little Pony Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks at the famed TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, and it certainly rocked! This ‘Purple Carpet’ event was attended by fans and celebrities, such as Jamie Foxx, Quvenzhane Wallis (Annie), Ariel Winter (Modern Family), Dan Bucatinsky (Scandal) and Megyn Price (Rules of Engagement).

Of course, there was also the wonderful talent who bring the ponies to life, including Tara Strong (Voice of Twilight Sparkle), Andrea Libman (Voice of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy) and Meghan McCarthy (Writer). There was a pony-fication station where we could go to be ‘pony-fied’ complete with cutie mark and brightly-colored clip-in hair extensions.

All the excitement culminated in getting to see My Little Pony Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks up on the silver screen! The new music was amazing and it was great to see our favorite ponies as their human counterparts. In the movie, Princess Twilight Sparkle returns to Canterlot High only to find that the new girls in town mean trouble, and a Battle of the Bands may determine the fate of the entire school!
