As any steadfast Shout! Factory fan knows, we listen, we verify, and we respond.

When Army of Darkness was first released on Blu-ray in 2015, fans let us know that one important second of footage was missing from the theatrical version of the film.

Once this was brought to our attention, we reviewed the disc and confirmed the problem. Within a few days, we created a new master and provided replacement discs to anyone who asked.

These kind of issues don’t happen often, but when they do, we have always striven to address them right away in order to bring you the absolute best entertainment experience possible.

We like to think of it as our one-second guarantee.
